Working as a subcontractor created certain difficulties in the project implementation. Communication through intermediaries had a significant impact on the efficiency and speed of task completion. We faced a number of limitations:
When developing a promotion strategy for Axel, we relied on our extensive experience working with medical institutions of various sizes. We drew up a detailed plan for the necessary website improvements, which included creating informative and useful content, optimizing navigation, and improving usability. Our goal was to turn the website into an effective patient engagement tool by applying proven solutions and adapting them to the unique needs of Axel Clinic.
In the process of implementing our promotion strategy, we faced a number of obstacles that affected the project's growth rate. The main difficulties arose when implementing technical changes and developing new types of pages for clinic services. Lengthy approval stages, both for the changes to be implemented and for the list of services to be clarified, significantly slowed down the process. Although these delays had more of an impact on the timeline than on the overall performance, it is worth noting that some of the improvements we proposed were never implemented due to inconsistencies with the current website design.
The actions of our campaign to promote Axel Clinic proved to be effective. We achieved a significant increase in organic traffic: from the initial 5-20 clicks per day, the figures increased to 150-200 clicks daily for targeted queries. Many of the clinic's key medical areas have reached the top positions in search results, and the new service pages we have developed and implemented have begun to actively attract the target audience. These results clearly demonstrated the effectiveness of our SEO strategy in improving the position of the medical institution and attracting potential patients.
