Task
Our task was to bring the clinic's website in line with its real authority, increasing the site's visibility to the target audience.

Dr. Ivan Gaidar, a well-known specialist in endoscopy and gastrointestinal examination, contacted us to improve his position in Google. Despite its high offline reputation, the clinic's website was ranking low in search for key queries.

  2. Extremely limited number of service pages: only 3, without a detailed description of important procedures for diagnosing and treating the gastrointestinal tract;
  3. Technical problems and low level of website optimization;
  4. Outdated design and lack of key information for patients (prices, equipment, methods);
  5. Slow page loading speed and problems with layout;
  6. Poor adaptation to mobile devices;
  7. Weak presence in local search results.

Strategic hypothesis

For this project, we developed an individual content plan and a strategy for the phased launch of new pages focused on user requests. We adapted our proven promotion methodology, which has been successfully applied to many other projects, to the specifics of this site. Our efforts were aimed at strengthening the site's position as a leader in its niche, while taking into account competitors - large networks of medical clinics represented throughout Ukraine. The goal was to not only catch up but also surpass them online, despite their wider geography and resources.

Solutions of our team

  1. We optimized page crawling and indexing by improving the technical base of the site;
  2. Expanded the information structure, focusing on key user requests regarding gastroscopy;
  3. Eliminated website errors in accordance with the recommendations of search engines;
  4. Improved the website's performance as a medical resource by adapting the content and structure;
  5. We created and placed targeted content on the promoted pages;
  6. Implemented useful information blocks to improve the quality of the website;
  7. Improved the site's speed by optimizing its performance;
  8. Adapted and corrected the mobile version of the site to improve the user experience;
  9. Continuously increased the number of pages with the potential to attract traffic from search engines;
  10. Finalized the Ukrainian language version;
  11. Developed an informational blog and useful articles to cover inquiries.

When we started working, we faced competition from large medical websites with less than 10 pages of content. Given the specifics of Google, we focused on expanding landing pages and improving domain-wide performance. Our strategy was aimed at creating a thematic resource with high-quality content on gastroscopy, understanding that a small website can achieve high search rankings only through narrow specialization and informativeness.

Initial indicators:

  • Semantic core (keywords) in tracking: 628 queries
  • With high traffic potential: 12 pages
  • Traffic potential: 45,650 clicks per month (according to Adwords)

SEO promotion results

After conducting a comprehensive website optimization, our strategy brought tangible results, ensuring a gradual entry into the Google TOP for key queries. We have successfully outranked many aggregators and large medical portals for targeted queries, as well as Wikipedia for informational queries. Despite the difficulties, quarantine restrictions and hostilities in the country that affected behavioral factors, and constantly changing trends in search queries, we managed to achieve our goals. Thanks to this success, the client entrusted us with further promotion and strategy development, which allowed them to focus on working with visitors and expanding their clinic to other areas.
