After analyzing the phone case market, we developed a flexible promotion strategy. Given that each product has a limited period of popularity (about 2 years from the release of a new phone model), we focused on two main areas. First, we quickly improved the positions of existing products in search. Second, we created a system that allows us to automatically optimize new products as soon as they are added to the site. We have also set up automatic tracking of the popularity of different models of cases to increase the promotion of the most popular products and categories in a timely manner.
During the project, we achieved significant results in promoting the smartphone case store. Existing categories strengthened their positions in search results, and the period of peak demand was maximized for seasonal products, which led to a significant increase in targeted traffic. It was especially important to reduce the time it took to bring pages with new models of cases to the top 10. The implemented automatic optimization system has created an effective pipeline that allows us to quickly scale success to all new product positions, ensuring a steady increase in organic traffic.
