About the project

Shintekh are experts in the selection and sale of car tires with over 15 years of experience. The outdated Bitrix website no longer met modern business requirements, which led to the development of a new platform and design update.

The specificity of the tire market is the need for individual selection for operating conditions, seasonality, vehicle characteristics, and driver preferences. The right choice affects the safety, driving comfort and efficiency of the vehicle.

The old site had difficulty combining a product catalog with a simple interface and an effective product filtering system. The new Laravel site allows you to do this by simplifying the work with the database: a huge list of products, their filters, and other content. The icing on the cake was the refinement of the functionality and the creation of a simplified version of the tire calculator, which was hardly possible on the previous platform due to a number of factors. As a result, it was decided to develop a full-fledged online store with specific functional wishes from the client.

Structural solution

When designing the site, we had to create a structure that would include a filterable catalog, a sufficient number of service pages, and the functionality of a personal account. The main page includes information blocks about the company, forms for tire and disk calculators, as well as links to the product range, service blocks, and links to blog articles. The product catalog is presented with filtering functionality to enable more accurate product selection by users. The functionality of the tire and wheel calculator is an additional simplification of the user's search for the product he needs, where the user spends less time searching by entering the technical characteristics that suit his car. The personal account and shopping cart functionality were made as standard, as in all modern online stores.

Design solution

In the design, we used corporate brand colors and logo elements that can be traced in all the main blocks of the site - from banners to action buttons. This helps users remember the brand better and makes the site recognizable.

The interface is built on simple and clear elements: large images, clear headings, and buttons. This approach simplifies catalog navigation and the process of ordering a consultation. The site remains easy to use on mobile devices - all elements are adapted to the screen size.
